How is this different from Zapier, Make or n8n?
Workflow tools — you design every step, the tool runs them in order. An AI agent is given a goal and chooses its steps, has memory, calls tools, and adapts. Less brittle, less maintenance, more capable. And ours runs on your own dedicated VPS, not a shared multi-tenant cloud.
Why dedicated VPS per client?
Three reasons. (1) Isolation — your conversation data, credentials, agent memory and logs never share storage with anyone else. (2) Predictability — no noisy-neighbour throttling, no shared rate limits, your agent is the only thing on the box. (3) Portability — at any point you can take the VPS image and run it yourself. Shared SaaS bot platforms can't offer any of these.
What LLMs does my agent use? Are they included?
Yes — Anthropic's Claude (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku) is bundled, primary, and unmetered for your team via a Claude Max subscription dedicated to your agent. Single Agent tier includes Claude Max (5×); Pair and Otto Suite tiers include Claude Max (20×). Plus an API usage buffer for direct-API tools (e.g. embeddings for Kai's knowledge retrieval). Subject to provider rate limits — heavy or specialised use may need a credit top-up; we monitor and pre-quote any overage before it happens.
What does an AI agent project actually cost?
Setup fee + required monthly managed-service fee. Single Agent: €1,500 setup + €950/mo. Agent Pair: €2,500 + €1,500/mo. Otto Suite: from €7,500 + €3,500/mo (multi-agent orchestration at a fraction of enterprise pricing). Ada (Outbound SDR): €2,500–€4,000 setup + monthly varies. The monthly is your dedicated VPS + Claude Max subscription + monitoring + ongoing improvements. No surprise add-ons; everything is in the quote. No per-message fees, no seat fees.
What if I need something custom?
Most builds start from one of the six named agents and get extended. Anything beyond the standard scope — a niche integration, a non-standard channel, a domain-specific skill — we quote as a custom build at €150/hr or fixed-price after a scoping call. The agent stays yours, the custom skill stays under MIT unless you ask otherwise.
Why hire two agents instead of one?

Where does my data live?
On your own dedicated VPS, EU-hosted by default. Conversation data is not shared with LLM training endpoints. We can deploy on your own infrastructure in any region on request. Set up to meet GDPR and the EU AI Act (fully applicable August 2026).
Will users know they're talking to AI?
Yes. EU AI Act Article 50 requires it, and we agree. Every agent introduces itself as AI on first contact and offers a clear path to a human.
What technical skill do I need?
None. We provision the VPS, install the agent runtime, configure the agent, manage LLM subscriptions, patch the OS, take backups, monitor uptime. You get a dashboard and a contact. If you want to take it in-house later, we hand over the keys, the docs and a model card.
Can it integrate with my existing tools?
Yes — most CRMs, calendars, helpdesks, e-commerce platforms, messaging channels and databases. If a connection doesn't exist, we build it as part of the project.
How does this compare to hiring a person?
