4. EU AI Act — Article 50 Transparency

In compliance with the EU AI Act (fully applicable August 2026), the AI agent on this website (Nova) identifies itself as AI on first contact. Users interacting with the chat widget are informed they are speaking with an AI system and are provided a clear path to request a human. Model cards and decision logs are available upon request for deployed agents.

• Chat conversations: Retained for the duration of the session, then anonymized. No training data extraction.
• Contact form submissions: Retained for 12 months, then deleted.
• Client project data: Stored per client agreement with specified retention schedule.

We use the following third-party services, all of which are GDPR-compliant:

• Hetzner (EU) — server hosting
• OpenClaw (MIT license) — AI agent runtime
• LLM APIs — DeepSeek, OpenAI (no training on your data)
