Privacy notice

This notice explains how AppsAI (“AppsAI”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit appsaiagents.com, submit an enquiry or project request, or buy a service or digital product. We act as the data controller for this processing. Full trader registration details (legal entity, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, VAT number and registered address) are available on request at support@appsaiagents.com.

Data we collect

• Enquiry & project data you submit: name, business email, company, website, the service you want, budget range, deadline, your current bottleneck and desired result, plus the page you came from and any campaign (UTM) parameters.
• Order & payment data: what you bought, amount and currency, and a payment reference. Card and payment-account details are entered on Stripe- or PayPal-hosted checkout and are never collected or stored by us.
• Communications you send us by email or form.
• Technical data your browser sends (IP address, user agent) and minimal server logs used for security and reliability.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• Respond to enquiries and prepare proposals — our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and steps prior to a contract.
• Deliver purchased services and digital products, and administer orders — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Send internal notifications of new leads and completed orders to our team — legitimate interest in operating the business.
• Meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Protect the site against fraud and abuse — legitimate interest.

Service providers & subprocessors

We share the minimum data necessary with providers that process it on our behalf or as independent controllers:

• Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (EU/Germany).
• Payments: Stripe and PayPal (independent controllers for the payment they process).
• Internal notifications: Telegram, used to alert our team to new leads and orders. We do not send sensitive customer datasets or payment credentials through Telegram.
• Transactional email: we send confirmations, receipts and secure download links directly from support@appsaiagents.com using our own SMTP server (Postfix, EU/Germany), with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place.
• Vetted specialists/contractors who deliver parts of a project receive only the data needed for that work, under confidentiality terms.

International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Telegram) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiry/lead data is kept for up to 24 months from last contact unless it becomes part of an order. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for the statutory period (7 years under Dutch law). Server logs are kept for a short period for security. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary to serve pages securely. We do not use advertising trackers. If privacy-respecting analytics is enabled, it is described here and does not identify you personally.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Contact support@appsaiagents.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
